This hotel perfectly suits my needs, offering free Wi-Fi, a private beach, and a fitness center. The staff once guided me to a great food spot, which I cherish. I'm always pleased with their excellent service during my visits.

My recent stay exceeded expectations! The stunning beachside and mountain view spoilt us with choices. The staff, including the attentive front desk and cheerful bar staff, ensured every need was met. Clean rooms and delicious cuisine made this a memorable escape. Without a doubt, I'd choose this place again!

good location but inconsistent room comfort

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden view from my room, which added a nice touch to my stay. The chefs, Mohammed and Ahmed, consistently prepared excellent meals that truly impressed me! !

the hotel was beautifully laid out with stunning water features, including a lovely waterfall in the main building. the room cleaning staff were super friendly, making our stay comfortable. the food was consistently of excellent quality, and the open beachfront area is perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The hotel had a great location near the beach and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Mr Waleed at reception who made check-in a breeze. However, some areas felt outdated and service could be slow at times, which detracted from the overall experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Managed By Accor. The beach access was fantastic, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist when needed. I loved relaxing by the pool, which offered plenty of sunbeds and beautiful views. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, but it showed signs of age and needed some repairs. The bathroom could have been cleaner. there was a bit of mold in the corners. Breakfast was decent but lacked variety. Some items were served cold, and the staff could be quicker during busy hours. Overall, I appreciated the atmosphere but had some concerns with cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area.

The hotel's spacious lobby was beautifully decorated and accessible, ensuring comfort for seniors. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable during my time at the resort.

Improved poolside drink service needed.

We had an amazing time during our week-long trip! We explored St Catherine Monastery in the mountains and enjoyed some snorkeling adventures at Ras um Sid. The beach was perfect for relaxation, and the staff were super friendly, making our trip even better. The view from our room was incredible, and the pool area was a great spot to unwind.

The only downside was the slow service at the reception, which could really test your patience, especially when you're checking in after a long trip.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!

This place blew me away! The beach access was so convenient with amazing views of the crystal-clear water. I indulged in the delicious breakfast and dinner buffets, where each meal was a new good surprise, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented.
